Katie is the Senior Supervisor, Local Scale Planning in the Water Strategy Team at EVR, a Glencore Company. Katie leads multi-disciplinary teams to advance sustainable water management planning for EVR’s four steelmaking coal operations across the Elk Valley. Katie also worked on EVR’s Water Quality Modelling team, supporting operations, projects and business planning teams in water quality management.

Before joining EVR, Katie worked as a consultant, gaining experience across the mining industry, including in metal, gold, lithium, diamond and coal mining. Katie developed and reviewed water quality management plans, water balances and water treatment for mining operations and development projects. Katie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering.
