Luc is a Senior Water Management Engineer with the BC Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy. He is leading a newly created team supporting the review of mining proposals across the province. His teams’ focus is on the review of mine water management and mitigations, including the review of proposed active, semi-passive and passive treatment solutions and emerging technologies. His team is working closely with the Ministry of Energy and Mines and Low Carbon Innovation. He is a geological engineer with over 20 years of experience in mining and heavy industry in the private sector and in the government.
