Bio:

Cesar Fonseca is a seasoned development specialist with more than 25 years of experience in the private and  public sectors and international organizations.  He has worked at USAID, UNICEF, Peru 2021, the Ministry of Women and Social Development of Peru and currently at the World Bank Group as LAC Regional Coordinator for 2030 Water Resources Group. He is an economist with a B.A in Economics from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA and a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.  He was a university professor on Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics.
