The conference will be hosted at the Doubletree Hilton Downtown Toronto.

With the recent relaxation of Covid-19 protocols, the Doubletree Hilton Downtown Toronto has updated their hotel guidelines to the below:
- Mask mandate is still in effect in all indoor areas as per the City of Toronto Health Department
- No capacity restrictions in the restaurant, bar and meeting rooms, pool and fitness center. They are able to operate at 100% capacity.
- No proof of vaccination required for quests checking in at the hotel and in food and beverage areas.
- No contract tracing requirements
- No restrictions on the number of guests in the elevators
Parking
If you are planning to drive to and stay at the Doubletree Hilton Downtown Toronto, parking will be chargeable.
Day Parking is $35 (CAD) and Overnight Parking is $45 (CAD) per day plus applicable taxes; prices are subject to change.
The parking garage can accommodate vehicles up to a maximum height of 1.83 meters (six feet).
Electric vehicle charging stations are available.
Train station & airport
If you are arriving by plane and plan to use public transport to get to the hotel:
From Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), take the UP Express to and from Union Station, which is a 7 minute taxi ride or roughly 20 minute walk to the Doubletree Hilton Downtown Toronto.
- Public Transportation fee: $3.25 CAD (one way)
- Estimated taxi fare: $60.00 CAD (one way)
- Bus Station: Toronto Coach Terminal 2 min (170 m)
- Subway Station: St. Patrick Station (TTC) 3 min (250 m)
- Train Station: Toronto Union Station (TTC, GO Transit and Via Rail) 7 min (1.5 km)
