The conference will be hosted at the Doubletree Hilton Downtown Toronto.

Parking
If you are planning to drive to and stay at the Doubletree Hilton Downtown Toronto, parking will be chargeable.
On-site parking is $45 (CAD) per day plus applicable taxes; prices are subject to change.
The parking garage can accommodate vehicles up to a maximum height of 1.83 meters (six feet).
Electric vehicle charging stations are available.
Train station & airport
If you are arriving by plane and plan to use public transport to get to the hotel:
From Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), take the UP Express to and from Union Station, which is a 7 minute taxi ride or roughly 20 minute walk to the Doubletree Hilton Downtown Toronto.
- Public Transportation fee: $3.25 CAD (one way)
- Estimated taxi fare: $60.00 CAD (one way)
- Bus Station: Toronto Coach Terminal 2 min (170 m)
- Subway Station: St. Patrick Station (TTC) 3 min (250 m)
- Train Station: Toronto Union Station (TTC, GO Transit and Via Rail) 7 min (1.5 km)

If you do require a visa to enter Canada, we can assist you with a letter. Once you have registered your delegate place, we can send you a formal letter outlining your commitment to the conference for you to use upon entry.

You'll have a number of networking opportunities throughout the conference to informally connect with peers and colleagues.
There will also be an evening networking dinner hosted at the CN Tower. If purchasing a Premium VIP Ticket, the dinner is included in your ticket price. If purchasing the Conference Only, you can add on the Networking Dinner for $399 (Mining Companies/ NGO/ Academic)/ $499 (Standard).
